Idk what to do man, I keep logging on to elite smash with king k then imminently lose it to a combo heavy character that juggles and flies around me. How do I get around this?

Depends on the character, fast characters like pikachu you need to rely on reads just 2 down throw combos and an f smash or down smash and it dies. For character like palutena, sorry to say I have no idea what to do just try to read and try your hardest

Yeah King K. Rool loses badly to combo heavies. Try throwing out only your fastest moves and avoid projectile spam if they have a reflector. Being unpredictable and getting hard reads helps, but that takes lots of practice.

Abuse superarmor and trades. Nair and F tilt are your greatest tools. Don't worry too much about damage, it doesn't mean anything if you don't let them connect a KO move. Throw out crown (carefully) to zone them and keep them at bay. Rack up damage and aim for a cheesy D-throw, F tilt, spike, up air, or smash attack. Just remember it will always be easier for you to kill them, than for them to kill you.
