Help/guidance setting up controls with an original Cube controller + Mayflash

These are the settings given in the netplay thread:
From that, I can at least see that you have L and R set up wrong. The difference between L/R and L/R Analog is that L/R refers to fully pressing the buttons, and Analog refers to light presses. To properly set up the full presses, hold the L/R button down to just before it "clicks", click on the L/R setting in Dolphin, then push the L/R button down fully. If it worked, it should be listed in Dolphin as "Button 4/5" instead of as an axis. L/R Analog appear fine.
