Help a bother's yoshi out!!!!

Ok ive been playin yoshi since about may ive made some slight progressions since then like spacing and timing. now i need to take some more steps to make mine tournament viable

I watched the July 20th one.

Get your finger off the B button. You cannot spam those moves. They are meant to be used intelligently.

Alot less rolling. Yoshi's roll sucks, and it should mainly be used as a mindgame. Use Spotdodging more.

Some of the times when your opponent got in too close, you spammed some atks. You should know your options in those situations and make sure you make the atks count. Also, Use the airdodge more when you're knocked into the air. I barely saw any when you were put at a disadvantageous spot.

Ive been tryin not to spam down b i usually try to get the stars to hit. and i make the mistake of eggrollin to much aginst opponets who let me.

I see thats something i have to work on universally then

i try to switch it up for move degenration purposes but i can understand that. ok i didnt kno that thanks for the critque just hope i can get some more
