HD video capture device

Hello,

I'm looking around for a capture card to do some video game footage recording and streaming. Not only am I looking to stream and capture footage for tournaments and home use of Brawl, but other games on the 360 and PS3 as well. That said I'm looking for a capture device that will allow me to play games in HD as well as record and stream in HD.

Any suggestions?
