HD TV and Lag and You

I remember reading a long and detailed post by a very knowledgeable forum member about reducing lag on an HDTV and the benefits of EDTV and Component.

I wanted to take another look, but I can't find the thread by using the search function, so I was wondering if anyone knows where this thread is.

i got a samsung 1080p and it has a specified game mode that helps reduce lag. also i got the wii component cables.
