having trouble with set ups

i have no problem using falcon when the opponents are set up properely for up-airs and n-airs but the problem is my set ups, i generally use Dthrow, Uthrow, and raptor boost my question is what better set up moves are there i need some better set ups

i perfer to use fthrow chain grabs.they work IMO

The only setups are mindgames. Play smart and you'll punish a lot of stuff.
