Having Issues with Smash Inputs

So I'm trying to get Project M working on Dolphin and so far everything is fine. I've got it up and running without crashing and even was able to have some laggy Netplay matches. Problem is it is not reading any of my quick control stick inputs. For example I can't dash and smash without the c stick and it doesn't read me imputing an up b off stage and keeps thinking I'm using a neutral b. Could it be down to frame issue or what exactly?
