The return of Haunted Castle in Augusta, GA! Smash 4 and PM singles and doubles! Featuring a $100 pot bonus for Smash 4 and PM singles!
This is looking to be Augusta's biggest event, and we invite both the best from the greater GA area and SC to participate. Coming before Halloween, the clash of the states will be held here, in the center of this very huanted castle!
===Venue Fees===
Venue Fee: $5

Smash 4 Doubles: $10 ($5 per person)
Project M Doubles: $10 ($5 per person)
Venue fees cannot be waived for bringing in consoles. However, for the sake of time and allowing the tournament to progress and end at the appropriate time, we ask for all players who can to bring their setups.

Game Settings: 2 Stock, 6 Minute Time Limit, Custom Moves Off, Items Off, Equipment Off, Handicap Off, Pause Off, Damage Ratio 100%, 2/3 Games

Double Elimination
Amiibo’s are banned.
Starter Stages: Battlefield (Miiverse), Final Destination, Lylat Cruise, Smashville, Town & City
Counterpick Stages: Dream Land 64, Duck Hunt
All Omega stages are banned.
First stage is decided by (Rock Paper Scissors) best of 1. Winner strikes, then loser strikes twice, then winner. (1-2-2-1)
Following stages decided by winner banning one stage from all stages and then loser choosing.
Winning player is not locked into the same character for the next match, but has to pick before loser selects character.
You may not choose a stage you have already won on unless mutually agreed to.
You may not play on a stage that is not on the available stages list. This will result in a double disqualification.
Maximum allowed time between games is 60 seconds. Any player violating this rule will be issued a loss.
Sudden Death with a tied percentage/stock count will NOT determine the outcome of a tied game. A playoff match with 1 stock/2 minutes will determine the winner.
There will be no loading anything on to the tournament consoles.
All setups must include all stages and characters unlocked. All setups must be updated to latest version.
Project M
* 4 stock, 8:00 minute timer.
* All items set to OFF and item frequency set to NONE.
* Input Assist set to OFF.
* Sets are best of 3, Top 8 is best of 5
* Ties after the time limit are determined by stocks, then by percentage.
* Double Elimination
* Dave’s Stupid Rule: You cannot counter-pick any stage you have won on in a set unless agreed upon by the opponent.
* I shouldn't need to put this rule in but Giga Bowser or Wario Man is banned for tournament play
* Sopo is legal if you are a masochist
Stage Strike from Starters for the first match of the set in “1-1″ fashion:
1. First player strikes one stage.
2. Second player strikes one stages.
3. The Remaining Stage is what is played on.

There is a Zaxby's outside of the venue. On the nearby strip on Washington Rd., there is also an Arby's, Wendy's, Subway, Gary's, Burger King, McDonald's, Bojangles, and Taco Bell. There is also a CiCi's Pizza and Monterrey's behind the venue.

===Special Rules===
Please shower and brush your teeth before coming. We've had a problem with personal hygiene in the past, and would like to address this. Wash yourself before you come!
