This isn't relevant to gameplay at all, I just wanted to tell you this.
When I first played Smash Bros. some time in the beginning of this millenia, I was totally convinced that Yoshi's upB, would hatch a new Yoshi for some reason. I was new to the series, and I thought that EVERY character had a recovery move as his upB. I thought that I had to do it correctly, and it would only work if I hit the edge with an egg. Nobody had told me about it, I just thought it would be like this:
1. Yoshi gets knocked off the stage.
2. Yoshi double jumps.
3. Yoshi throws an egg at the edge of the stage.
4. A new Yoshi with the same percentage, items, effect etc. hatches.
5. The old Yoshi falls to his death, Nana style.
That would be so awesome.
