Has Samus been fixed yet?

Can someone tell me if Samus has been fixed yet? She's extremely gimped and lacks killing power, and the Brawl+ devs told me they were going to increase the knockback of her chargeshot and smash moves. Her downsmash and upsmash also need fixing.

Knockback Modifier codes are in the works, but not available at this moment in time. We are aware that Samus will probably need some boosting, but I doubt we'll be modifying everything at once like that. She's not THAT terrible a character, she just lacks effective kill moves.
