Has anyone messed around with the b reversed magnet?

I was messing around in a match vs a CPU player, and by accident I did a B reversed magnet. No big deal right? Well. I was DIing to where Lucas was going toward the enemy with his back faced to them, then I did the B reversed magnet and got a magnet pull. This magnet pull didn't make me go near as far as a normal one (PKF -> Magnet), but I still went a little ways.

I think it would be great to do for recovery, mind gamed recovery anyone? Also this could be good for a surprise kill on someone (perhaps a one time thing on someone in a set ya know?).

Thoughts? Sorry I have no way of recording this... Maybe someone else can find a video. Also sorry in advance if this has already been discussed.

Yes, I have messed around with the reversed PsiM a lot. It doesn't go as far because the momentum is canceled after the rMP.

You should keep in mind that a normal MP is wavelanded and a rMP is effectively reversed, there is a wavebounced MP as well. The wlMP moves in the same direction as a rMP, facing the opposite direction (easy to change), and moving as far as a normal MP. wlMP does not cancel momentum.

rMP is great for recovery (not its only use though) under certain conditions. The type of magnet pull desired will vary based on circumstance (notable the type and positioning on a zapjump, and whether you want to grab the edge or not).

In the case of a rMP, it lets you sweetspot the cdge, something more difficult with a normal magnet pull (although again, depends on position). Cancelling momentum on the other hand is not always a quality you want in a MP; for obvious reasons.

Yeah, it would probably only work as an attack once in a set. rPKF on the other hand...
