Hacks dissappearing

I've had Brawl hacks fully working on my Wii for like 3 years now but lately whenever I boot up Gecko OS along with the codes for Brawl the hacks load up but within 2-3 minutes of playing the hacks slowly begin to stop reading. It stars with the music & then the textures stop loading etc. I'm not sure what it is. My directories are perfect, I've used multiple SD cards to boot up, I've changed the GCTs & I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem or if anyone knows any way to solve it.

Backup, reformat, reinsert, retry.

I've tried that Yoshi, like I said I've tried many SD cards. The only thing I haven't done is try another Wii, which I'm looking into.
