well this happened and you couldnt get koed so after the sudden death we were all out of boundaries falling forever and the only way to get out was to quit why is this?

But back on topic... It's because of how the HRC stage is set up. It doesn't actually have a "Blast Zone", so once you leave the (very large) boundaries of the stage, you fall through the ground and continue falling forever. Most hackers tend to use it after a long string of hacked stages / characters as a kind of going-away-present.

To answer your question: It's normally used by crashers and such that want players to leave on their own, without having to disconnect the entire TP itself.
Unless you were asking how; it's a stage hack.

It's fun to bring people there and watch them turn into CPUs after they get hit way out, lol. Also fun to do a 360 around the stage with Wario-man ^_^
