There's an Atlantic South section: https://smashboards.com/forums/atlantic-south.91/ in Smash Tournaments, there's even a Georgia Social thread in there (https://smashboards.com/threads/georgia-social-thread.206029/) but it doesn't look very active. Anyway i think it's a good place to start (you can also use the 'search forums' tool, up there, to find more Georgia related threads if there's any).
