I've played over 10 times on Halberd, and I still don't have it. Help, anyone?

Well, playing 10 times unlocks Frozen Hillside, not Goruda.

Secondly, maybe try a few more battles??

I guess Brawl Central has mislead me.

Is there a list of all the random CDs?

As far as I know the music CD you're refering to isn't unlockable by a set requirement. Just create a CD Factory and hope you find one fast ;3
