Well it's now the month of Spoops though the stores seem to think Christmas started two weeks ago.

Well I've got the game pre-loaded.

I'm going to spend my Halloween playing Luigi's Mansion 3. Or try my best to at least.

I legit think Gooigi could be included as an Echo Fighter of Luigi considering how the Nintendo staff has said several times they have plans for him.

Here's what I'm thinking, they could change his weight and make him lighter, as well as his animations which highlight the goo aspect of him, also either make him get damaged in water, or have him totally dissipate in it.

I don't think they'll change his weight. The echo characters have the same weight as their parents.

He also shouldn't get instantly KOed by Water, but he would definitely take gradual damage if he lands in it like Sonic, Charizard, etc.to reference that the Gooigi + water standard should be instant KO.

I feel like Gooigi could work amazing as something like Dark Samus; Mostly the same as the original fighter, but has an array of unique animations/attack properties so that there's actual reason for him to get in Daisy and Richter always make me wince. Maybe Gooigi could shoot a reskinned fireball that uses the data from Smash 4's ice ball? But instead of freeze, it covers you in "goo" (basically inkling ink)? Other moves could be based on Floating Missile (makes sense because he's goo), Burial Header and Mach Cyclone (but nerfed a little, that move would basically make Gooigi have a way better recovery than Luigi lmao).

I legit yelled when she appeared because I thought she was going to be more like Doctor Mario or Pichu. Same base character, but so many different properties that she would basically be her own character. They could've easily given her Peach's old dtilt, old up air, and a mix of her own moves, like Daisy herself doing a counter instead of a blue toad, or something referencing the Super Ball.

?? You mean Gooigi? I mean, sure, that is supposed to be him on the back of the Poltergust, but by all means, the multiplayer Gooigi seem to be canon, unlike the multiplayer Luigi. We can safely assume that if Gooigi ever has a chance, that probably wouldn't affect him.

That factors into how I expect Gooigi's reveal to go. In the middle of another character's reveal Luigi tries to grab and misses, showing that the tank on the back of the Poltuergust G-00 is empty. Then as Sakurai wraps up the new info on the fighter he finishes with
"By the way, did you notice something odd about Luigi?"

Cue reveal

Ditto, this game has so much personality and charm. Definitely the best story the franchise has told IMO.

Fewer people than usual given all the usual suspects are still quiet on the speculation scene.
I guess the fact it's done in a livestream with only the Smash team means there's less space for leaks.
