Goon Farming? For real or for fake?

What the heck is up with Goon Farming? Is that thing for real? It seems totally fake. Can someone tell me whats up with that? Thanks

Goon Farming - Only if items are on. It's stupid anyways. It requires you to run like a pussie the entire match and just keep throwing waddles until you get drags.
