Google Chrome "Incognito" Mode

I recently heard about Google Chrome's Incognito mode, and ever since I use it all the time. I've read that you can get Chrome to start up in incognito on default. Now, the steps to do this were all posted in '08-'09, and they don't seem to work for me.

Is there a way to get Chrome to open up and run in incognito mode as default in it's newest version?

Thanks, man! What you posted was exactly what I had read previously, but my ignorance got in the way and I didn't want to copy & paste chrome to my desktop, so I had just tried to change the properties on my existing Chrome shortcut on my Start menu lol.
