Yeah! That's where I'm from. I've been playing Melee since it came out, never tried competitive smash until a year ago, and even then still have not gone to a tournament. Afraid to be beat I guess.
The amount of skill it takes to play this game on a competitive level is unlike anything I've ever seen in a fighting game. There's no memorizing combos (for the most part), you're just winging it. It's so freestyle. Project M is awesome as well, brawl is... well.. brawl, and Smash 4 is sub-par to me. Just doesn't have the fast pace that I'm looking for.

I'd love to meet people on this site! Making friends is a hobby of mine and I enjoy being friends with everyone I know
