I just want to hear what your secondaries are to make up for Snake's weaknesses.
I choose Falco because it's harder for him to be spiked by Donkey Kong and he's not as bad against ROB.

I'd say G&W is a good cover up. He doesn't get ***** by those guys who CG, projectile spam, and ledgeguard a lot. His only bad matchup is Toon Link who has projectiles he doesn't like plus a U-smash and U-air that he hates.

Or of course MK.

Well I'm trying to make my Snake and Marth even because unfortunately in the world of tournaments, Meta Knights run amok. Snake is my only chance :p

But yeah, Marth is really good to learn. He's advantageous or even to pretty much every character except MK and Snake.

Have you considered King DDD? Theoretically, he absolutely destroys DK because of his chain grab, and he is also pretty decent at covering up Snake's weaknesses as well.
