good counterpicks vs ZSS/Sheik/Diddy etc?

What character have you had success with in dealing with these fast, spammy characters?

From some experience and from what I've heard, Lucario isn't half bad against Sheik. Beyond the heavily telegraphed Bouncing Fish, Sheik has trouble killing, meaning that she usually has to get Lucario in the 160%+ range to viably kill him, while at that point he has about nine different ways he can off her at 80% or lower.

From my own experience, Kirby does a good job of countering Zero Suit Samus. Once you copy her ability it becomes impossible for her to shoot a stun gun at you because you can just reaction short hop > stun gun. Samus is so tall that around the top of your hop it will still hit her. Free follow-up.
