Going to visit in Connecticut

Hi im nasty nate from California and Im going to visit connecticut university from july 3rd to about the 13th. Im also going to be visiting New York for a time. I was wondering if there are any tournaments happening nearby or if anyone wants to throw a smashfest or something. Any help I get is appreciated.

I live pretty close to CT, if there is a smashfest I'd probobly go. Good luck finding any though in the area, it's pretty miniscule in the smash department.

Im staying til the 16th btw
Im pretty sure I can make it on the 9th for the smashfest but the tourny is 45 miles away..... maybe if my brother is down to stay the whole time as a spectator.... If anyone can give me a ride Ill pitch in for gas though
