Going to Pound 4(need help)

Me and my friend are probably gonna fly ourselves out to pound 4 (cause he gets free flying and i get a huge discount) but since we've never been to an out of state tourney we are hoping for some guidance. Hotels, Locations etc. So we dont get lost and die. Could anyone be able to help us out and be our guide or help us find one?
