After reading some of these RMTs, I'm noticing a lack in creativity. How's this one?

Dugtrio @ Leftovers ** Colored TV set
Arena Trap
EVs: 6 Hp/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant Nature
-Earthquake
-Substitute
-Stealth Rock
-Sucker Punch

My lead. Kills off Infernapes, and they never see Sub/Stealth Rock coming. Really guys, he does rule... Unless he faces a Bronzong lead. :(

Rampardos @ Choice Scarf ** Bob-Earl-Sally
Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 SpAtk
Hasty Nature
-Head Smash/Stone Edge
-Earthquake
-Pursuit
-Fire Blast

Good ol' Pachysepholosaurus. I never much cared for the Rock Polish set as SR, Spikes, and the likes is too commonplace nowadays. Head Smash HURTS, Stone Edge does too, and Pursuit kills those pesky Gengars when they try to hide their ghostly assess from Mold Breaker Earthquakes. Fire Blast does a bit to Skarm, but I might consider replacing it...

Gengar @ Leftovers ** La Puerta
Levitate
EVs: 6 Atk/252 Spd/252 SpAtk
Hasty Nature
-Drain Punch
-Substitute
-Shadow Ball
-Sludge Bomb

Mwahaha. Drain Punch catches Bliss off-guard, and does a bit to... Uh... Heatran? Anyways, I like it. Should I put in HP somewhere...?

Tentacruel @ Lefties ** FSM
Liquid Ooze
EVs: 252 Hp/200 Def/28 SpDef
Timid Nature
-Confuse Ray
-Ice Beam
-Knock Off
-Toxic Spikes

Yeah, pretty standard Tentacruel. Ice Beam slams Chomps. Maybe put in Rapid Spin?

Blissey @ Lefties ** Rosie O'Donnel
Serene Grace
EVs: 252 Hp/252 Def/6 SpAtk
Relaxed Nature
-Water Pulse
-Thunder/Thunder Bolt
-Softboiled
-Heal Bell

Yeah yeah, it's Blissey. Water Pulse gets a 40% chance of confusion, which rules. It's like Blissey with Confuse Ray... Anyhow, I'm debating on whether to use Thunder, which has an awsome 60% chance of paralyses or TB, which gets good accuracy.

Toxicroak @ Focus Sash/Black Sludge ** Vanilla Coke
Dry Skin
EVs: 6 Hp/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly Nature
-Cross Chop
-Sucker Punch
-Swords Dance
-Taunt/Stone Edge

Gotta have ma frog! He hops all over Tyranitar and the likes. Taunt stops Blissey cold and forces Skarm to kill him or switch out. Sludge or FS?

Also, I have another Toxicroak set to use--

Toxicroak @ Focus Sash/Black Sludge ** Vanilla Croke
Dry Skin
EVs: 6 Hp/252 Spd/252 SpAtk
Modest Nature
-Vacuum Wave
-Slude Bomb/Shadow Ball
-Nasty Plot
-Shadow Ball/Focus Punch/Focus Blast

Any advice on which one to use?

RMT!!

Drain punch? Seriously? :/

Heal bell over aromatherapy which has more PP? And you're using water pulse instead of something like ice beam.

Again. :/

Drain Punch has the element of surprise, Chill. And Water Pulse causes confusion alot of the time.

And yeah, EQ kills me.

...I was really bored when I made this team.

._.

Focus punch has the element of suprise. Explosion has the element of suprise. Drain punch is a weak base 60 attack that's going to make Blissey lol more then anything else.

If you're going for serence hax use ice beam. A chance of freezing your opponent ,and making them completely imobile, is far more threatening then confusion.

I'm extrememly lax around here but don't make crappy teams because you're "bored".

Dugtrio
-- Night Slash over Sucker Punch since Dugtrio is already fast and Sucker Punch requires your foe to use an attacking move in order for it to work
-- Dugtrio needs an item to improve attacking power in order to defeat other leads: Expert Belt, Life Orb, and Choice Band will help
-- Use Stone Edge over SR and let a more durable Pokemon set-up rocks
-- If you want, you can use Stone Edge over sub, but consider letting Dugtrio hold Focus Sash if you do
-- Substitute is useful for absorbing a slower Pokemon's sleep move (i.e. Breloom and Bronzong)

Rampardos
-- You can outspeed base 110s with Choice Scarf, not bad
-- More sp.atk EVs would be helpful to ohko 4x fire-weak Pokemon or 2hko 2x fire-weak Pokemon, with leftovers factored in of course
-- Personally, I would use Head Smash...

Gengar
-- Focus Punch over Drain Punch since you already have Substitute on your set so you can subpunch
-- Thunderbolt, Energy Ball, HP (Ice) would all work better over Sludge Bomb
-- More atk EVs to make subpunching more useful

Tentacruel
-- You might want HP (Electric) over Confuse Ray
-- Some sp.atk EVs wouldn't hurt, not a lot, just some

Blissey
-- You could use Calm Mind in there since you're using sp.atks
-- Charge Beam can be used as your preferred electric attack if you don't use Calm Mind
-- Blissey's HP stat is already massive, try moving some of those EVs over to sp.atk
-- Ice Beam over Water Pulse if you want to

Toxicroak
-- I like the second set better
-- Vacuum Wave, Nasty Plot, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast/Sludge Bomb... depending on your accuracy issues
-- Black Sludge may generally be better in case something tries Trick-Choicing you, just beware that they can Trick the Black Sludge onto another one of your Pokemon (good thing you have 3 poison types)

You've got a lot of weaknesses, but I rated your team. Try fixing the holes in your team.
