I am currently using a computer with no speakers or headphone jack. I will add speakers soon, but looking at the title, you are playing as bayonetta. Assuming the "free" part, do you own Bayonetta?

This actually happened to me once as well, where I entered the waiting room as a different character.
The glitch seems to be Online-Specific, and the jist of it is that the server occasionally poops out but instead of giving you an error, you could be on the Victory Screen when said event occurs (Victory Screen prevents you from getting errors)
Basically anything wacky can happen, but it doesn't affect your game itself and you just have to exit the Waiting Room to fix it.
