If you have encountered a glitch that causes the game to freeze, or allows for an infinite stall/combo (including inescapable CG's that inflict over 50% by themselves), please post details of this here. If it is a genuine, previously unknown, game-breaking glitch that you bring to my attention, I will bake you cookies. ;p

One of the most important goals of this project is the removal of infinites and stalling techniques. Several problems in 6.0 have been isolated already and will be removed in the next release.

MK's Infinite dimensional Cape (infinite stall)
IC's fusion (lolwut!)
Sheik's Chain Jacket (can crash the game)
Yoshi's Egg Stall (infinite stall)
The DJC-float glitch (infinite stall)
Planking / perfect ledge-stalling
Infinites resulting from Charizard's getup roll

Numerous inescapable CGs on Falcon:
••• A slight physics adjustment to falcon will (regrettably) be necessary to remove these CGs.

Lucario's up-throw CG on Falco:

The footstool-banana infinite:
••• the ability to footstool a tripped opponent will be removed.

Pikmin Ghosting
I experienced a glitch (on WarioWare) where after grabbing the ledge (not UpB), all of my Pikmin disappeared, but Olimar attacks looked as if he had invisible ones but didn't actually do damage. While this was happening, I couldn't pull any Pikmin out, even after trying to get rid of the 'invisible' ones. If I remember right, the only way to get any Pikmin was after dying.

that isn't an infinite, and it isn't possible in 1v1. Its also really really situational and honestly, there are lots of comparably ridiculous doubles tactics.

I have no idea if this counts, but in a previous version of B+ I noticed an infinite involving Ivysaur and the backside of the fin in Coneria.

If you have an opponent against the backside of this fin, Ivysaur can trap them with his neutral A indefinitely and to upwards of 200% (which was at the point that his teammate decided to step in and make the KO).

I would test this more now but I'm without my SD card with B+ on it - although it's probably safe to assume this 'infinite' of sorts would work against any type of solid wall.

removing all wall infinites is next to impossible. As it stands, stages with permanent walls are banned so this is not an issue.

Updated the OP to account for CGs on Falcon and Lucario's up-throw CG.

if this counts for un original charcters (such as Zero and Wisp) then....

Zero has a wierd Fthrow glitch where if you're at the ledge (i've tried this in FD and smashville) but facing towards the stage the other person will end up getting stage spiked. The effect seems to be the same no matter what percentage.

Also in a friendly match on B+ on the practice stage with the sand bag, I was Ike and my friend was also Ike, I Fsmashed the sandbag and my friend at the same time. But the sandbag didn't move!

This only pertains to the OG brawl characters duder. For people like Zero and whisp, it would be better if you posted in their specific thread instead of this one. Also, you're probably be better off posting about the sandbag thing in the stage specific thread. Though I've never heard of that before lol, but then again I never play on that stage.
