Getting sharp before the tourney

Hey guys im new
so here is the story, this saturday im going to attend to a tourney in my area, and of course my friends are going to be there, the problem is that im constantly beaten by my friends rushdown style(...fox/falco...)
in general i need to know how to deal with the pressure and combos falco have in marth and how to deal with a hyperactive fox?
