Oh yeah I didnt think to much about grabbing and I hear people mentioning spacies is that kinda like footsies? And one more thing is there any way I can put pressure to move in without lazers since everyone probably has that all figured out

spacies = space animals, plan and simple :p

and, uh, watch mango if you're interested in that, but in general, you probably shoot at least some lasers so that the other dude feels threatened by their presence.

Basically instead of SHL > more SHL it's more like

SHL > dash dance to observe their action > respond

And sometimes SHL just directly combos into something juicy or they can't back up further or you can laser > SH aerial like it's 2007 because that still works but the positioning games to counter it have become more sophisticated and effective

Laser, grab, and shine **** grounded foes. Dair also works but be careful since it's the least reliable until it knocks them over. Your aerials, u-tilt, and laser beat everyone in the air except Peach sort of and Marth / Sheik when they've got their immediate mid-range in their face, which is where things get wild.

Thanks alot and im just wondering I know its great to get marth to put up his shield so you stay in his face and all does the same apply to fox or is it a little more tricky im currently trying to learn westballz pressure because it seems unstoppable and something good will always come out of it such as stage control
