This is the result of amassing data on Georgia’s regular tournament goers between August 18 and November 16 2015. In order to be considered, you must have entered at least three tournaments during this time period. The results are primarily based on each player’s win/loss record against other relevant players. The brackets must also have been uploaded to Smashboards for verification.
The tier list is a more general means of comparing skill levels, and players that occupy the same tier are not in any specific order. Consistency was important; for example, a player who has beaten some A Tier players but lost to multiple C Tier players would likely be lower than a player who has consistent wins against B Tier players and few or no losses to C Tier players. Inconsistent players who were sitting between two tiers were usually put in the lower of the two tiers.
A list of tournaments reviewed, as well as individual players' relevant win/loss ratios, can be found at the bottom of this document. Panelists include: SphericalCrusher (Jody Ingram), Reflex (Luis Torres), Scatt (Andrew Huntley), P2W Doom Bot (Michael Cummins), and SWS Xanos (Dakota/Kodystri)
