First game of a set is a random neutral doubles stage(Battlefield, Final Destination, Dream Land 64, Donkey Kong 64, Pokemon Stadium, Yoshi's Island)


For the second and third match, the losing team may counterpick any of the neutral stages, or Brinstar, Poke Floats, Rainbow Cruise, Corneria, Kongo Jungle.

If, during any round, one team chooses, they may 'ban' a stage, removing it from being picked and from the random que.

The entry fee is $5 per person/$10 a team, and of course there will be time for friendlies. What would a smash tourney be without friendlies :D? The Cave will be open until 9, I do believe, but can stay open later if people are still hanging out.

We only have 2 Gamecubes (Maybe 3) and a Wii, but 2 extra TVs. If anyone would volunteer to bring their GC and a copy of Smash, it'd be much appreciated.

well if i come i will take charge of the tourny i will prolly be there. i will team with u tim peach ganon FTW. if i go i'll run it unless everyone is opposed to me running it. and the pot will be split 60 30 10 and i will run a singles tourny i will also bring a setup.

what a cool guy. its just better to have a more experienced tourny host do it. most ppl don't care i meant no offense. It's just not cool when ppl run it and they don't know how to deal with problems that happen. the worst is when a store clerk tries to run a tourny for a game they have no idea about.

heh i dun even like the way that the pot thing is for tournies if they wanna charge something for us to be there just let em charge something. not just take it out of the pot. considering with a 20 person tourny which this may be they take $25 compared to the 25 man tourny where they only take $5 from the pot. that makes no sense. and if u want a tourny get them to change the rules and make a singles tourny cuz doubles is not the main draw of smash.

lol great. The level i always ban is the only one that is on.

In any case, you should consider putting FD, dreamland64 and pokemon stadium on. More people will be happier that way. ('cept falcos, but who cares about them)

I just talked to the TO, and the tournament will be using RANDOM NEUTRAL DOUBLES STAGES as opposed to Final D, along with the usual bannings and counterpick stages. Sorry for any inconvenience.
