Gdof the fallen

*Sigh* Melee,good times with the broken chaarcters,to cheap kills,and other great things,good times.But here my point for making this thread,and it about Gdof.Now,a lot of you say he Brawl version is better than he Melee version.LOL,ok what are you taking for your body? Brawl Gdof is slower than a a boswer trying to **** Peach.Back in Melee he was the man,and I me the man very tightly.He had decent movment speed,not the fastest,but we good enough to keep up with other charcters.And before anyone said,"I'm a haterz" I use to paly with Gdof a lot as my 3rd main,and I was beast with him.But when I got Brawl,and was ready for OWNEDRAGZE,I pick him agasint my friend,and said,"I'm going to pwn you",but what really happen was that I got combo ,and grab evertime.And I had been working with Godf for the last few weeks,but nothing was good.So,I down,and said that he should have stay the same he was in melee with the jab,dtilt,ftilt,and many other good moves.

well back in melee Ganondorf was my main but even though they nerft Ganondorf like a ***** i still have been able to pick up the pieces using the new technique i learned and still pull off wins and i like the fact that if you lose to a Ganondorf then that Ganondorf player must be good and skilled. if you want to play and see i will take the challenged

you suck, sorry to say but even though hes the worst character in the game, thanks to infinite dodging NO ONE is bad
my friend mains ganon and hes been messing with new combos and ****
hes AMAZING, with all his dodges and mind games and choke explosions he beat my meta a few times and i was trying... and im ranked like 30/2000 on smashbrawlrankings

this game has virtually no low/bottom/god tier characters
we have like 8 or so high and the rest are mid lmao

Everyone has known this since the game freakin came out. Everyone in SWF knows this already.
If you can't win with him then don't pick him.

Ganondorf takes skill to master in this game. (Not saying his Melee counterpart didn't take skill, let me finish.) About 80% of the characters in this game are easy to pick up and play decently well with within a few matches. Ganondorf takes a lot of skill since you need to beat him range weakness, size weakness, and speed weakness.

Once you learn how to approach and how to lag-cancel all of his aerial attacks, Ganondorf jumps considerably. Like I said though, people think he sucks because he isn't a pick up and pwn kind of guy.

I don't really know, I think he's at a serious disadvantage in one on ones, so that's why I use him in teams or free-for-alls to pwn the hell out of everybody.

We see threads like this plenty of times. Rather than everybody and their mothers making a seperate thread about it, why don't you look at an old thread and post your thoughts in there?

I'm tolerant up to a level but this is the reason I hesitate to come to SWF anymore. We have like three threads like this so its not that we hate you it's just that it's really frustrating...and maybe it's a little bit of hating you .

Also I could mention the butchering of English, grammar, and correct punctuation. Calling him Ganondof constantly is also making me laugh.

Ganondorf didn't get nerfed in Brawl. He is a completely different character with similar "looking" moves but completely different mechanics and properties. You need to realize its a different game kinda like Super Mario bros. 2 was from the orginal. Once you understand that concept you can start playing Ganon and any other character well without having Melee slow down your understanding of the game.

If you enjoy fighting games, you'll like Brawl and adapt quickly. If Melee was the only game you've ever played seriously or even competitive then Brawl most likely won't be for you.

I must say I really get tired of people beating on Ganondorf, making him sound as though he has the attack speed and lag of Ike, and the knockback, priority, and reach of Sonic, and that the lack of L-cancelling has completely ruined his aerial game.

If there's one thing that really hurts ganondorf, its the lag on some of his attacks, and looking at how slow Ike's attack are, Ganondorf's are actually pretty decent for a heavy weight. Ganondorf's attack come out decently fast, not incredibly fast, just decently. Plus, he's got one of the best knockbacks in the game.

His priority is good, and his reach is average, if not slightly above average. (Even though I see alot about Ganondorf having short range)

And the lack of L-cancelling has seriously affected only one of Ganondorf's aerial, and that's Fair. Every other aerial either has litte to no lag on it, or like Dair, it's possible to get it lagless.

We still call it by the same name in Brawl, but it really doesn't deserve the title any more
