I'm running some experiments to grind out what I can out of Default Swordfighter. If you know something I don't, please post it.
1u = one grid block in Stage Builder, clearly visible using the following blueprint:
An attack with a total range of 6u vertical or higher can hit from below the platform on Battlefield.
I do not currently know how to measure frame data. If someone could tell me that, that would be great.
All measurements are made using Guest A (referred to as A from here out for the sake of brevity).
A is 3u tall and 2u long. has identical measurements.

- Has a disjoint of 2u while hitbox is active.
- Damage: 10%.
Ledge attack:
- Hitbox: 6u
- Damage: 7%

- Damage: Three hits. 3% on first two, 5% on last, totaling 11%.
Bair:

- Damage: 12%.
- Superior to Ftilt, which has same range and damage but longer startup.
Uair:
- Hitbox: 2u disjoint.
- Damage: One hit despite appearance. 16%.
Dair:
- Damage: "Drill" hits up to six times, plus one more upon landing. Drill hits deal 1.2% each. Landing hit deals 5.2%.
- Hitbox: Disjoint 2u during drill. Landing shockwave 1u both sides.

- Hitbox: Disjoint 3u.
- Damage: 12%.
- Inferior to Bair, which has same range and damage but shorter startup.
Utilt:
- Hitbox: 2u horizontal disjoint both sides. 2u disjoint up. Tip of the blade has no hitbox and will miss.
- Damage: 7%.
Dtilt:
- Hitbox: 3u disjoint.
- Damage: 6%.

- Damage: Four hits. 4-3-3-7% uncharged. 5-4-4-9% charged.
Dsmash:
- Hitbox: 3u on both sides.
- Damage: Uncharged: 12% forward, 15% back. Charged: 16% forward, 21% back.

- Range: Damages until 15u, Windbox until 30u. Only hits up to 2u vertically.
- Damage: Hits 2-3 times. 2.5% damage per hit.
- Movement: Uncharged: 20u forward, 4u up. Charged: 30u forward, 4u up.
- Damage: Uncharged: 10%, Charged: 16%
USpec: Stone Scabbard:
- Movement: 12u up. Up to 3u horizontally on way down when used on ground. (For comparison, Luigi can move up to 7u horizontally after using SJP from ground. Kirby can move up to 6u during Final Cutter.)
- Hitbox: 3u disjoint going up. No disjoint going down. 2u shockwave on both sides.
- Damage: 5% up, 3% down, 5% shockwave.
DSpec-Blade Counter:
- "Bucket brake" property; cancels all aerial momentum.

- Max range: 17u
- Damage:
- <1u: Miss.
- 2u-3u: 1%. No flinch.
- 5u-7u: 3%.
- 8u-12u: 4%.
- 13u-17u: 8%.
SSpec-Slash Launcher:
- Movement: 10u uncharged, 24u charged.
- Damage: 6% uncharged, 10% charged.
- Movement: 12u in any direction.
- Hitbox: 2u disjoint.
- Damage: Seven hits. Hit 1 = 2%. Hits 2-6 = 1% each. Hit 7 = 5%.
- Hitbox: 4u disjoint.
- Damage: 6%.
