Ganondorf has invincibility frames?

Something I noticed while playing as Ganondorf against my bros Ice Climbers.

I mannaged to grab him with Ganondorf's F-B, and while Ganondorf was holding Popo, Nana was hitting Gdorf with her hammer, but it wasn't doing anything. Not even damage. We tried this 3 more times and it worked the same way. Are there any other attacks Ganondorf has that are like this?

Dark Choke is the only move Ganny has that gets those frames, but when you pull it off the game freezes his animation and treats it as a grab. Meaning if you do it while they're being hit it can actually turn into an infinite. The other useful part is to do it directly in front of an obstacle, I've seen it able to lock the opponent even against the lava walls in Norfair.
