How do u play the dorf? I'm just looking to update my playstyle. I used to just thunder storm my friends, but they are all used to that now, and since i recently decided to take up Ganon, i want to know some better ways of playing him. Post vids or whatever:p

Using a character sub-forum to discuss the character? New and innovative, hope it will catch on with other threads.

Ganondorf relies heavily on his ground related attacks, though I do string in some aerials every once in a while. U-air, Nair, Bair. I don't use them however to first attack though, unless ofcourse my oppoenent is already in the air. Use his tech chasing. Ganon has a very good tech chasing. Try to get good at perfect shileding also.

I find that now, for some strange reason, I'm just becoming an edge-guarding machine. I wait for an opening, hit em with an attack strong enuff to get em off the edge and then stomp em in the face with dair. any drawbacks to this?(none of my friends are in town right now, can't test it) besides levels where this is impossible? :)

One small drawback is that it will not work on human opponents.

- Stay grounded.
- Stay mostly defensive/evasive.
- Use attacks that have the least amount of lag.
- Learn when to place said attacks.
- Learn to techchase and what characters you can hit with what attack after a Flame Choke.
