Everybody says Ganondorf is trash no matter what!

Well, after spending some time training with Zhouten, who is one if not THE best Ganon in the world, I have felt comfortable using Ganon. I feel as though I am pretty good with Ganon, and if he had some more reliable moves he would definitely be higher on the tier list.

My first doubles tournament, Hobo 17, was held August 1st, and I believe that I did a good job and sooner or later I could make a splash with Ganon!

Constructive criticism is recommended and I know I roll too much lol.

Thanks and Enjoy!

I don't see how that vid really proved Ganon as potentially viable. No offense, but you got destroyed, losing seven stocks really quickly.

As far as improvements, hmm... let's see. First off, Ganon is one of the heaviest characters, so you need to start using that to your advantage. Try to focus on stock tanking more so than doing damage. Most of your attacks are laggy and easily punishable, so you're better off trying to play defense than being overly aggressive. If you can buy your teammate more time/damage, it helps them perform better. Second, I would try and work on better stage control. This will not only help with the stock tanking (so you don't get hit on the edge), but it also forces your opponents into your spacing, so you don't have to use the predictable approaches.

Unfortunately, that's just basic doubles stategy, it's not really Ganon specific. I'm not sold that Ganon can do anything better than the current heavy doubles options (Snake and D3).

Ok cool, lol.

Yea I played horrible in that second match, had I known he used DDD we woulda gone to Norfair, in fact we should have gone to Norfair.

And as far as your basic doubles advice goes, thank you, Like I said this was my first doubles event so I had no clue what to do aside from kill. I know Ganon won't make any jump higher than a level or 2 on the tier list but I like to use him because he is fun and not many people are repping him.
