Yeah, everyone knows about the tipman, and i'm sure a lot of people already know what I'm about to post, but if it teaches one person it's worth it...
Ganon's uair, when reversed, can evade A LOT of characters edge-attack-recovery-thing (when you press A on the edge to recovery). If you time it right, you can avoid getting hit by their attack and hit them with the end of his uair, hence causing them to slide back off the edge.
You can usually bait people into doing it by sitting right next to the edge, although I wouldn't try it more than once a set.
