Gamecube Controller Settings for A Falco Main

How should my Gamecube controller be configured in order to perform Falco's advanced techniques easier. I have a difficult time doing SHDL and especially with the Dash Attack Cancel into up-smash combo. Any help appreciated.

i just use the default settings with tap jump off

Normal Control set up.

Lasers just need timing so theres no easy way to do it right right off the bat. Practice the timing and SHDL and SHL aswell as Silent lasers will become easier.

Falco can be mastered with any control setup. Unlike Lucas who probably needs the C-stick set to specials to truely master his character, Falco doesn't need a unique control setup. Choose controls that you enjoy and feel comfortable with. Then stick to it.

All it takes is practice. As long as you're consistant, you'll learn all of Falco's moves with time and practice.

lol wow if you cant shdl or dash attk cancel. you gotta work on your timing. its very easy
