Gamebridge TV- How do I compress my files?

I used "Gamebridge TV" capture card to record my matchesto my computer.. But all of the videos are about 120-160 mb in size...

How can I compress the video files so that they may fit on youtube?

Just use Windows Movie Maker. Drag your movie to the time line, click save to my computer under "Finish My Movie," and you should be able to compress it from there.
