Game Won't Start Up

I'm using homebrew. When I click play, it'll have Project M Version 3.6 Beta, but then it pauses up. I download the file two additional times and replaced it, and nothing changes. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

A few topics have this. Do you have the GCN memory card in? Take it out. Unless you don't then you might have the same problem as me. :(
