Easily Toad. Toad is an integral character in the main series. Waluigi is a stupid spinoff character.

I personally prefer Wawaluigi, Waluigi's arch nemesis who is completely unrelated to Luigi, over both of this. But I suppose Warulina and her sidekick Walumas would be cool.

hmm . . . tough one, I'llhave to go with peppy, mainly because they are both annoying in 64, peppy has that old guidance thing with the tips he gives, along with actually feeling useful, unlike our arwing engineer over here who sucks at flying, and needs help every ten seconds in the all range modes

Although Lonekonwolf already answered to this, I go with a Takamaru Assist Trophy. I want them both, but my support for Takamaru has waned and Shulk being an Assist Trophy just wouldn't be right for him.
A different Yoshi moveset. I'm not a fan of how he plays.
