Grand Piano because though it doesn't make much sense as a playable character, at least it makes more sense than a massive, limbless rock that's moving towards the land at a slow pace.
The Runaway Guys hands down! I don't like Game Grumps. Besides, we can get a nice Groudon scream from Chugga and Jon acting as Waluigi... and that would be awesome. (can we also get Steve the Trooper?)
Dry Bowser could probably differ more in my eyes, but I'd really want Funky in the game in some way, maybe as an Assist Trophy.
Angry birds would be cool, but Plants I think have more potential, because they are different in some ways.
Slenderman. I don't like the Jeff stories, but I'm interested in Slender stories and I find watching people play the Slender games very entertaining.
I'll go with Shy Guy as it would probably have a far more interesting moveset.
