Fun with Brawl (after your bored in 50 years)

I know the title is misleading, because Brawl will last a long time. But I was thinking about how many possibilities Brawl had, just in vs mode. I love to make up matches that have unusual rules or objectives, such as projectile matches, super giant melee, and even my own event matches (yes, I went there). So, I have been thinking about these and many more in Brawl. And with the new special brawl, there's even more possibilities. So i've made some examples:

Explosive Brawl
items: smart bomb, bob-omb, anything else that explodes

Event match: Sonic Speed
characters: Mario (you) and Sonic vs Bowser
Rules: 1 stock, hadicap 5 Bowser
stage: Bridge of Eldin
description: Race Sonic for the KO on his new enemy

Anything I didn't specify, i'll leave up to you. So I want to know, what kind of matches (please, no events unless necessary, it may cause this thread to close) did you guys think of?

I won't get bored with tournament rules forever but sometimes I like to play on a big stage with motion sensor bombs. Lighting Melee is fun, the FC's are amazing.

Four stock 8 minute time limit matches on the six legal stages playing sets! So fun.

Playing sets? This is unclear to me. And I would probably only need 4-5 minutes, don't you think?

5 stock. Items on, spawn rate low. (I like items and all, but having too many pop up annoys me for some reason.)

I plan on playing the castle seige stage. And uhh, the metroid one.

If there's only one platform why does it matter if it's moving? Unless you want it to be closer to different sides of the arena (easier KOs off that side) which seems kinda pointless.

I just realized that handicap is in percentages (which I will love). So, how about:

Event match: Equally Matched
characters: Kirby vs Meta Knight
rules: 1 stock, handicap 70%
description: This battle has raged on for 1 hour... and 53 seconds. Who will fall first?

I love doing that. Sword duels in Melee FTW. I remember having several matches where me and my friends would just all choose sword wielders. The noise of the clash of the swords is awesome.

meh. ive done that with melee and with no other items besides beam swords. not that fun.

You are awesome. I thought I was the only one thinking this.

Event match: Race to Own
characters: Samus (you) and Ike vs Captain Falcon (assuming he's in)
rules: 1 stock, Ike's handicap 100%
stage: one built so you have to walljump, but CF doesn't (stage builder).
description: CF thinks he's in Brawl. Prove him wrong.

Giant Melee + Super Mushrooms on Very High + smallest stage. Or vice versa (Tiny, Mini, massive stage). I do that in Melee when I want to try something else.

Or try the opposite, but still a small stage (it's hard to fight when you're so small).

Small is hard to fight on a large stage, but, while I think about it:

use ↑+B to knock 'em out
...just a little bored.

Anyway, I think Brawl might get a bit boring a few years after the online service for it has stopped.
