Fthrow > buffered jump BF airdodge mixup question

i have no one to test this on so i was wondering if any of you could help me out. I know that Fthrow > buffered jump BF can be air dodged, but is it guaranteed if the opponent trys to jump? (kind of like Dthow > Up air)
