After my last few attempts at a team, I finally got one thats effective against everyone I battle regularly. Most have 252/252/4 Ev spreads. Critique?

You'se gots a water weakness. And a Fire weakness. I'd give Scizor HPGround over Brick Break, to cover Fire, and because Bullet Punch covers what BB does.

Wait what? Scizor has base 55 Special Attack which he's not going to harm any Fire-type bar Heatran with, and lack of SpA investment wouldn't help either. In fact, without investment you won't even 2HKO Heatran, and even with max SpA investment you still can't OHKO (unless you have Life Orb, then you have a 2/3 chance) Heatran let alone any other Fire-type.

Plus, Fire-types not named Heatran and Infernape are uncommon anyway, and Heatran is weak to fighting.
The (bigger) Water weakness won't be helped by HP Ground either.

If you're already Baton Passing SD to him, why make him hold SD again? Give him another option for coverage. I recommend Pursuit or Aerial Ace. Also I hear 252 HP EVs on Scizor is bad, because the HP becomes divisible by 4. Use 248 HP EVs instead.

I put it on him because most of the local kids that play, found a way around my ninjask strategy.

And I realized that mistake when I tried to use Alakazam in a match lol thanks for pointing it out though. Anyone got any ideas what to replace choice specs with?

Just replace CM and Recover with Signal Beam and Trick and keep Specs.
