One of the best crews out there is "2 Cool 4 School," and they would "school" you up and down and on your face. And second, if you don't abuse the comp's stupidity, you really can get better. As long as you keep in mind the bad habits that a lot of people fall into while fighting comps, you can avoid forming thoses same habits.
