Frame Data for Handoffs

Does anyone have the frame data for handoffs? Such as, what is the exact window you have to input another grab to successfully re-grab? I know this is dependent on where exactly nana/popo is when the re-grab occurs, but having some sort of figure would be nice. Thanks!
