Is there an excel file with the frame data (cooldown, startup, iasa etc) that I can have access to? Has anyone ever tried to accumulate it onto one file?

I don't think so, but someone really should. Sounds like a great resource to have, it'd make calculations for frame traps and punishment options etc a lot easier too.
