well i tried it yesterday, and its easier than i thought, however i only get it succesfully 1/2 times
i played garuda earlier this morning and was able to do it in a combo.

however the thing is basically

Full Dash > point other direction > usmash

pretty cool
k well that answers my question
closing cud be a good idea
