fox's japanese up b voice because melee

I was wondering if it would be cool if fox's voice is english, but his up B is japanese. Why? Because he says "hyahh" rather than "fire" and I was wondering if it would be possible for pmbr to change that.

I don't think the PMBR will change that for you, but there are ways to change it yourself. I don't know how, but it probably involves swapping out a sound file.

I just thought it would be a good idea because they gave mewtwo his japanese victory voice. I just thought that it would be possible because of that.
