I don't see why it would. I mean if there is worry about a social I'd just say make another topic and leave this one for the tournaments so it doesn't look like what the topic was made for changes into something entirely different.

Been a year since this place has had a social. It's about time there was one, but I suggest you guys don't start ignoring other threads in the subforum (which I don't think you will.) The last social got closed because the mod at the time got pissy and said we weren't real online discussion members.

Hmm, wouldn't say care, more like less used. Just people go to tournaments and stick to offline than on Wifi since you can't add anyone other than with FCs and the lag is a common issue not to mention if you want to play with randoms you have no control over anyone you play against other than hoping the games selects your stage or item choice. Plus they are more into 1 on 1 or team battles under the tournament rules. Now if the online was better like on the 360 and PS3 then I could see this section mounting more attention.
